Where money decisions are concerned, which should you prioritize: personal relationships or financial common sense?

Money is important in personal relationship, but it is not so important.Money decisions should be concerned in financial common sense.
If you earn money you should save 50% of it and other 50% should be spent on daily expenses. It’s very very important to save money. Not everyday of your life is sunny, you will have your rainy days. It’s critical to have emergency fund for rainy days. Without emergency fund, your life could be completely ruined.
How many people out there become homeless due to illness or job loss with no emergency fund? It’s better be safe than sorry. If you spend every penny that you earn. This means that you live from paycheck to paycheck, and hence will be caught off-guard in case there is any emergency. You might be enjoying life in the short term.
For example: if you earn $500 you should spend $100 on your personal relationship (friends, relatives) and $400 should be spend on daily expenses and $100 should be put into your savings.
